"The Clothes Make the Man"

The phrase, "the clothes make the man", to me is saying that how you dress or how you look is how you are or at least how people think you are. I believe that this is how most of society is and what they think of people, everyone is so judgemental of other people I would not be suprised if this is what most people believe too. Even though you look like one thing that does not mean it dictates your entire life and that does not mean that is who or how the person is truly or fully. For example, this picture above if someone saw him dressed in the first picture some people would judge him becuase he might not have the samw religion as them or they do not agree with his religion but if you saw him in the second oerson you would never know he was a pope, he would just be another starnger who you did not know. So seeing this why do we judge by how a peron is dressed? It does not, like I said before dictate a person on how they are and who they are.
